​Follow Finding God in the Ordinary

I’ve always had a love for reading and writing.  My favorite kinds of books are the ones that challenge readers to think deeply about life, love, humanity, and God.  My writing centers around this passion and curiosity.

In 2015, I began a sort of “journal” which held reflections on various life experiences.  I wrote about ways in which God revealed Himself through seemingly ordinary experiences in the peaks and troughs of life.  As I continued writing, I realized others may be able to relate to some of my personal questions, as well as some of my experiences.  Thus, I decided to compile these reflections into a book, called Love, Learn, Grow, which I published in 2019.

From that moment, I discovered a passion for writing, as well as encouraging and inspiring others through the power of words.  I plan to continue writing devotional books (more to come on that in the future!) as well as post reflective and encouraging content through this website.

It is my mission, through the creation of this website, to open my readers’ eyes to the ways in which God actively pursues their hearts through the seemingly ordinary.  Through personal stories and those of close friends, I hope to bless others with messages of God’s astonishing whimsy and grace in the ordinary of life.
